Each promotion / reservation has its own confirmation policy, along with its correspondent pre-payments. Those information’s are available on each promotion or when making your reservation.
For reservations that are cancelled within at least 48 hours (until 2 days) previous to the arrival day, Aeromar will provide the amount pre-paid with a credit to the guest. This credit may be used during the next 6 months on a future visit by the guest, or other person, with this being previously fully confirmed by us. After the period of 6 months, if there are no requests to use that amount, it will be executed.
All reservations cancelled within the period of 2 days before the arrival day and for the No Shows, there won’t be any refund to the guest.
